Check enrolment regulations and recruitment for the desired term -> apply via application form and book optional school tour and reception day -> prepare enrolment documents and complete withdrawal/textbook arrangements at previous school -> parent(s) attend reception day at school with child to complete enrolment procedures (shared TJAS FAQ for Bangkok and Sriracha schools)

Admission/transfer in principle only at the start of each term; mid-term transfer not accepted, except applicants arriving from a country other than Thailand/Japan may be accepted mid-term once requirements are met; no Term 3 transfer for Junior High Year 3; applicant must already be in Thailand at the reception just before the entrance/opening ceremony

Elementary division and Junior High division; new Grade 1 elementary entry and term-start transfers

Optional school tour (gakko kengakukai) requested at time of application; individual tours not offered; tour/reception attendance limited to parents, the applicant and siblings

Japanese MEXT-curriculum school: children holding only Thai nationality cannot be admitted; other non-Japanese-nationality cases are decided by the school board under the enrolment regulations
