Rolling admissions (school states applications are considered throughout the year for K1 to Year 13; mid-year places depend on space in the year group, readiness and complete documentation)

Three passport-size photos of applicant with full name printed on reverse; copies of parents passports and visas or Thai national ID cards; copy of child passport and visa or birth certificate and Thai national ID card (if available); copy of parents work permit (non-Thai nationals); health certificate (child free of significant physical, mental and emotional issues); copies of previous school records, report cards and a transfer certificate translated into English and certified (past two years for Elementary; past three years for Secondary)

School tour and purchase the official IPS Application Form at the School Admissions Office → submit completed form with documents → placement test in English literacy and numeracy by age/year level (minimum 60% for K2-Y6, 70% for Y7-Y10; K1 no formal test) → Admissions Committee review (assessment results, previous school records, interview result, English proficiency) → decision notified to parents → accept the offered place within the school-specified period → pay registration fee, development fee, tuition fees and deposit within two weeks of acceptance
