Corrections & Right of Reply
We publish figures as schools publish them, and we correct genuine errors openly. This page explains how to report an error and how a school can reply.
Our corrections promise
CredRadar republishes factual figures — fees, dates, results, requirements — from schools' own published documents and official public records. We check every figure when we collect it, and we keep a public changelog of material changes we make to the dataset. School fees and policies change, documents are superseded, and occasionally we will copy something wrongly. When that happens, we want to know, and we will fix it.
Report an error
Anyone — a school, a parent, a reader — can report a figure: email hello@credradar.org or use the claim / correction form, quoting the page and the figure. Please, where you can, point us to the school's own current document (fee schedule, admissions page, official notice).
- We acknowledge every report within 2 working days.
- We re-check the figure against the school's own current publication within 5 working days.
- If our figure is wrong, we correct it, note the correction in the changelog, and archive the document we relied on so the record is visible.
- If the source documents conflict — for example, a school website and its fee PDF show different figures — we publish both figures, each with its source and date, rather than silently choosing one, and we say so on the page.
- If our figure matches what the school currently publishes but the school has since changed it internally, we update to the newly published figure once it appears in a school document or is confirmed to us in writing by the school.
A school's right of reply
A school that disputes any statement on its page may send us a written statement of up to 150 words, which we will publish alongside the disputed item, clearly labelled as the school's statement, for as long as the item remains on the site. A school may also ask us to link from its page to the school's own current fee schedule or admissions page; we will add that link. Exercising a right of reply, asking for a link, or having a correction made is always free and never affects a school's listing, data or position in any list.
What we do not do
We do not remove accurate, properly sourced figures because they are unwelcome, and we do not alter data in exchange for any commercial relationship. If a school considers a figure defamatory, we ask it to identify the specific figure and the document that shows it to be wrong; we will suspend the specific figure pending re-check where a credible documentary challenge is made.
